Osteoporosis, Beware of red meat.

Osteoporosis is kind of illness that attack bone metabolism which is signed by bone density’s decrease. Bad lifestyle is the reason of osteoporosis.
Consuming to many red meat can increase osteoporosis risk. This is because red meat can produce certain acid in body. So the acid will remain in bone and affecting calcium separate from the bone. Calcium loosing from bone caused to time bone reducing and then will cause osteoporosis.


To avoid from osteoporosis, it will better if you consume food that contain many calcium. Good Calcium can be found at milk, yogurt, cheese, margarine etc. You shouldn’t be afraid get fatter if you consume milk or yogurt a glass per day and better you choose non fat milk.
You should provide Vitamin D needed with take a walk below sunrise between 07.00 to 08.30 and 15.00 to 16.30. Ultraviolet can reactivate unstable Vitamin D which located in your skin.
Except that, lazzy to movin will reduce muscle strength. And it will reduce time bone solid. Do exercise which its good to increase bone strength, such as walking, Tai Chi, dancing, and etc.
