Tricks to solve insomnia

If you feel difficult to sleep at night, there's no wrong to check your food, perhaps you have been wrong foods. The cause of insomnia can be manifold; fear, stress, atmosphere bedrooms that do not support, or can be also because of the wrong food.

To be able to sleep soundly, you need trytophan body or substance that is often called the sleeper. Trytophan, which is a type of fatty acid, work that can produce serotonin release in the nerve center of the brain. When the brain is rileks, you will more easily fall asleep with a good quality.


Trytophan many contain in the light carbohydrate. Muffin cakes, biscuits,or fruit can be a solution. But not too full consume food, because your digestion will work hard, so that you can not get the maximum sleep

Drink a cup of herbal tea or warm milk before bed will also be very helpful. Conversely, avoid beverages that contain caffeine such as coffee, chocolate and beverages drinks.

You must consider the time to eat, give time at least two hours before bed after you take the last dinner. Proximity to eat too close to bedtime will increase metabolism and body temperature, so make sleeping more difficult. In this way, you can also maintain body weight, considering the sleep after the big meal will save a lot of fat.

If you really hunger, choose cereals such as wheat flour mixed with milk, Tofu, cereal, or bread . However, only a fixed distance at least one hour before sleep because tryptophan also need time to stimulate the brain.
